tarta de vainilla
1 cup sugar
     Butter 125 g
     2 eggs
     2 teaspoons vanilla extract
     1 ½ cups flour
     1 ¾ teaspoons baking powder
     ½ cup milk

Preparation: 20mins> Cooking time: 30mins> Ready in: 50mins

     Heat oven to 180 ° C (moderate). Grease and flour a 23cm square pan or prepare a muffin tin or cupcakes.
     In a medium bowl, mix the sugar and butter until a smooth cream. Add the eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
     Mix the flour and baking powder, add to creamed mixture and mix well. Finally, add the milk until the mixture is smooth. Place on prepared pan.
     Bake 30 to 40 minutes. If making muffins, bake 20 to 25 minutes. The cake is ready when the surface back up after playing (is elastic).
