Nopales soup with chicken

Preparation time: 20 minutes
ingredients:1 tablespoon of canola oil2 cloves garlic, finely chopped1/2 onion, finely chopped4 nopales, julienned1 tablespoon epazote washed, disinfected and chopped1/2 cup tomato puree5 cups chicken brothA touch of salt and pepper1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded2 tomatoes (tomatoes), seeded, diced boys1 roasted pasilla chili, juliennedEpazote leaves, washed and disinfected, to decorate
Preparation:Heat oil in a pan, drop the garlic and onion, cooking until they release all their flavor, while brown.
Add the nopales and saute until they change color, sprinkle with epazote and mix well.
Add the puree and broth, simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat. Rectify the taste with salt and pepper.
Toss the chicken to the soup and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve hot, accompanied with tomato (tomato), pasilla chile and garnish with fresh epazote leaves.
